It's quiet here, 6am or so on Sunday, August 5th. Looks like the city of Kolkata does actually sleep, at least in this part of town. The city takes on a different look early in the morning, then again that's easy to say from the comfort of an insulated, air conditioned hotel.

Still dealing with time zones a little so I'm up a little early and I figured I would post another shot from our drive in from the airport yesterday between, well, what do you call the "pitch" in cricket, a "bowl"?. Ok, by the end of the trip I'm going to figure out what the hell a wicket is.

This is a fairly common view, pretty much along every thoroughfare you see a site similar to this.

Today is looking for some traditional garb for the wedding, get out and see some of the sights. Oh, and find an ATM!
