For a few months Kaiser has not been himself, old, sluggish, and grumpy. I took him in to the vet and it was discovered the poor guy had 12 nasty bladder stones (which turned out to be shaped like thorns). So, he went in to surgery last week for removal of the stones. It's been 3 days and he's already feeling 100% times better and is now pissed off that I won't play tug of war with him because he's under strict doctor's orders to take it easy for a few weeks. I think the hardest thing on him is the confusion...he didn't know why he felt like crap, couldn't figure out why he had to go through a surgery, and now can't figure out why I won't play tug of war and let him go on walks.
