I figured it's been awhile, so I'll get back to some of my Scotland photos.
After putting Baxter on a plane we headed out of Glasgow and in to the Trossachs region of Scotland. The Trossachs are the gateway to the Scottish highlands. Rolling hills, lochs (lakes to you and me), and snow capped mountains abound. It's a much simpler life than the big city hustle and bustle of Glasgow and Edinburgh, with lots of farms, sheep, and small sleepy towns.
The "entrance" the Trossachs region is the small town of Aberfoyle. With a population of approximately 630 people Aberfoyle is a quaint little town, including a visitors center, some b&b's, pubs...and really not much else. Oh, a great cemetery.
This photo is from the hills above Aberfoyle and heads off towards a small waterfall.
