Election Day Eve! Can one really hope that after 6 years of one disaster after another some accountability might be introduced in to the political process? I'll be warily holding my breath, if the Democratic Party can't make significant inroads and take back at least one house of Congress they might as well disband. Let's hope for the best. I've avoided political rampages since starting this blog, but I'm so absolutely disgusted about how this administration has run the country in to the ground. Politics of fear, lying, corruption...I think they've hit the political jackpot...throw them out.

Oh, this photo. Well, I had picked up some sunflowers one afternoon, can't remember why. When I woke up Sunday morning and headed upstairs I noticed a soft light coming through the patio door. Probably spent an hour taking various shots, this being one of my favorites. I like how background image almost mirrors the sharper front image. A nice exercise in depth of field.
